In this side-scrolling game, you will play as a young samurai fighting to keep his village safe as a vow to his dying master. However, his enemies are not only vicious swordsmen but supernatural beings as well.

Trek To Yomi offers an enthralling narrative built upon historical Japan and Shinto mythology. As mentioned, you play as a young samurai named Hiroki. As a vow to his dying master, Hiroki fights to protect his town and the people he loves against all threats. However, in order to do so, he will voyage beyond life and death and confront himself to decide his path forward.

As this is a samurai game, expect vicious sword fights between Hiroki and his enemies. Here, the bloody swordplay is made even sharper under the striking monochromatic presentation. And as the game presents fantasy elements, the protagonist will not only be parrying with his fellow samurai. Rather, he will also engage with spectral warriors, grotesque swamp creatures, and other supernatural foes.
